Charming Stay with Fine Views
The amazing mountain views. I enjoyed delicious meals at the onsite restaurant, where the local specialties were really good. For a peaceful experience, try to avoid peak times when the common areas can be crowded.

This place suits me perfectly, with free wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge, and helpful ski school. The staff once gave me a great local taxi tip I'll never forget! Don't miss the breakfast buffet. I'm already coming back for a city trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed my triple room with a wonderful view of the Jungfrau, a double bed, as for instance. The breakfast was exceptionally nice, they offered fresh bread and meats. The staff were nice and informative and the location was awesome near to cable car station to Scilthorn. Plus, it was adjacent to the local Sports center, restaurant, and Murren for a mental retreat...

Amazing mountain views, Access to the Schilthorn cable car, Cozy common areas
Shared bathrooms can be inconvenient with long waits!!! Noise from neighboring rooms can disturb light sleepers, while outdated furnishings detract from comfort.

The view the hotel had was amazing. Absolutely fantastic view of Jungfrau and other mountains and villages. Very good location for hiking and just walk around and relax. Breakfast in the morning is okay. THere isnt anything much but the homemade yogurt was great.
One of the staff was very rude but the other staff was very kind and informative. No wifi in the rooms, only in the reception, ALso, I booked through Booked.net and somehow they did not have my name on their reservation list but I was still able to get in.

The bathroom was heated, nice in chilly temperatures. Be aware that breakfast is mainly cold items, so adjust your expectations.

Memorable retreat, I didn't want to leave.
Great hotel, I greatly enjoyed its central location so close to the Swiss Alps, Murren in the future, and the Sports center. The staff served fresh bread and meats for breakfast. The triple room I got was included with a balcony and a magnificent view, for instance. The staff was very kind, nice.

We had a balcony that looked out on the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau, so we spent our evenings and early mornings sitting out there enjoying the magnificent scenery! Staying up in the little town of Murren was a treat!
The hotel was definitely overpriced for what we got, especially considering it was still low season and most of the rooms were vacant.

Staying at hotel regina was fantastic! We loved the amazing views from the dining room. It's in a great location for day hikes too. The relaxation area was a nice perk, open every day. Plus, we appreciated the free access to the public swimming pool nearby.

The hotel Regina was great. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and had a great mountain view. There are only toilets and showeres on the 1st and 3rd floor. With only 1 male and 1 female toilet and 2 unisex showers. We had no issue's because I think it was only us and 1 other couple staying in the entire hotel. The place was great.

The room view is excellent and it does reflect from the hotel website. The breakfast room view is good too and it just like a picture with a window frame which is impressive.
The toilet facilities is newly renovated whereas the room appearance is very old which does not match with each other. Perhaps we arrived late and the front desk was off and we searched around for the hotel staff and walking through the dark area made us scary and this may give a negative impact to the overall stay.

The charming Victorian decor made me feel like I had stepped into a good storybook, and the easy accessibility to the cable car was a blessing for my weary legs after a long day of exploring.
More comfortable seating in the lobby area.

The view of the mountains is surely the best of anyplace in all of Murren. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was fresh and deliciously prepared. The staff was very helpful in recommending hiking trails and assisting us with phone calls in a foreign language. The hotel visitors included young people, families and couples. Our teenage daughters had a room with a balcony overlooking the mountains and used the bathroom down the hall. Our room had a tiny bathroom and no view. They were both neat and clean with sufficient furnishings and comfortable bedding.
We booked 2 double rooms for 4 nights each and paid extra for dinners. The hotel brochure indicated that dinners were included for stays over three nights, but we were informed this did not include reservations made online.
